The Associate Inside Sales Representative is responsible for closing inbound sales inquires with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction and value for new advertisers. The Associate Inside Sales Representative profiles prospective clients (prospects) and delivers both a phone and electronic presentation customized for each prospect. He/she continues developing the prospect relationship through follow up and follow through with the goal of closing business. The successful Associate Inside Sales Representative works well in a team environment and is able to attain both team and individual goals.
Responsibilities:
· Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
· Consistently meet or exceed non-quota based performance metrics as defined by the company
· Effectively identify prospect’s needs
· Apply getclicktraffic.com services via phone presentations to prospect’s needs
· Effectively communicate to prospective advertisers, as part of inbound/outbound sales activity, the benefits of the our product offerings
· See the new account sales process through to account activation
· Record comprehensive records in an web-based provided CRM system

| Requirements : |
Skills/Qualifications:
· 1-2 years inbound or outbound telephone sales experience
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Proven sales skills with successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas
· Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
· Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment
· Demonstrated high level of dependability
· Familiarity and expertise with the Internet and World Wide Web
· Basic expertise with MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook
· Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
